These Terms of Service govern purchases from Figment and use of our website and related sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Figment creates small-batch, handmade, vintage, and custom jewelry. Natural materials and handmade processes may produce slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, or finish. Product descriptions and photographs are provided as accurately as reasonably possible, but displays and lighting may affect appearance. Products and services may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Prices, availability, taxes, and shipping charges are subject to confirmation at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, or an inability to fulfill a custom request. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.
Custom work may require separate approval of specifications, pricing, materials, and timing. Because these pieces are made for a particular customer, custom and personalized orders are final sale except when they arrive damaged or where applicable law requires otherwise.
The Figment name, designs, photographs, text, graphics, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Figment and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without prior written permission.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Figment will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when an order is placed will govern that purchase unless a change is required by law.
